Meet Josh
I’ve always been drawn to cattle, horses, and ranch life. Growing up in Idaho, I spent 11 years in 4-H, showing beef and sheep at the county fair--learning firsthand the work, care, and pride it takes to raise livestock.
While studying business and marketing at Boise State University, I discovered a passion for branding and storytelling. During my time at Trinity Trailer, I worked with ranchers across the country, gaining a deeper respect for the beef industry and the challenges producers face every day.
After a brief step away from ag, I realized how much I missed it. Weekend camping trips with my wife reignited my love for beef--especially cooking it over an open fire. I started sharing those moments and industry stories on LinkedIn, and everything changed.
That journey led me to launch CraftedBeef--a place where ranchers can learn to market their beef with confidence, build their brand, and connect directly with consumers.
